How do I get a student number?
Register in the learner portal. Your student number is made automatically and shows on screen as soon as your account is created.
Can I sign in with my student number?
Yes. You can sign in with your student number or your email address, together with your password.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page. If no email arrives, contact us with your full name and student number.
Do I get a certificate?
When you complete every lesson and pass every quiz, an administrator checks your results and issues a certificate of completion. Anyone can check it on the verification page. It is not a QCTO statement of results; the QCTO issues that after the external assessment.
Where are my quotation, invoices and agreement?
In My account in the learner portal. You can download each document at any time.
